In this the company has given you a bonus in excess of the bonus amount. It said it should be returned to the company. Employees who are happy with this are very upset with this act of the company.According to media reports, if the employees do not respond to the memo, the amount will be deducted from their salary.
The company has said that it has legally reclaimed the bonus amount from its employees. However, the company did not comment on how much bonus was given to the employees, and how much was claimed back. "Earlier this month, Honda awarded bonuses to its employees, some of whom were overpaid. Compensation-related issues are a sensitive matter and we are committed to minimizing any potential impact on our partners," the company said in a statement.
An employee's wife has claimed that Honda has demanded back 10 percent of the bonus amount. The amount to be refunded is too high, she said.

Mumbai: The Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Mumbai has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Amravati MP Navneet Rana and his father over the caste certificate issue.
