The Uddhav Thackeray group has been given permission to hold Dussehra gatherings at Shivaji Park, and now it has been confirmed that Uddhav Thackeray's cannon will be fired at Shivtirtha. After this, while there is an atmosphere of jubilation among the Shiv Sainiks across the state, now it has been reported that the Shinde group has decided to go to the Supreme Court for the Dussehra gathering.
According to the information received, the petition to give Shivaji Park ground for Dussehra Mela was heard in the High Court. It was argued on behalf of the Thackeray group, the Shinde group and the municipality. After arguments by all parties, the court allowed the Thackeray group to hold a Dussehra gathering at Shivaji Park. At this time the High Court rejected the intervention petition of Sada Saravankar. After this, it is being said that the Shinde group will now go to the Supreme Court against the judgment given by the Bombay High Court.
It is being said that the Shinde group will now challenge the decision given by the Bombay High Court in the Supreme Court. It has been informed that the Shinde group will file a petition in the Supreme Court so that the Dussehra gathering can be held at Shivaji Park. When Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab was asked in this regard, Parab replied that we will see this in the Supreme Court and will fight there too.
Meanwhile, the High Court has imposed a condition on the Uddhav Thackeray group, warning that if found guilty, it will be a reason to deny permission next time. While giving permission to hold Dussehra gathering at Shivaji Park, he assured to maintain law and order. Take responsibility that law and order problem does not arise. The police will shoot the video.The court said that if any incident takes place and the petitioners are found responsible for any incident, it may be a reason to deny them a Dussehra gathering there in future.
